Authorization Coordinator
We are currently seeking an Authorization Coordinator to assist with billing authorizations and approvals in our Lewiston/Auburn facilities! This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software with basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team are a must!
Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive, and detail oriented!
Associate's in Business Administration or related field required. Bachelors degree preferred.
1-2 years related experience / training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience in insurance billing or systems is a plus!
Knowledge of Special Education terms and Individualized treatment plans a plus!
