Rather than following a conventional process, you’ll help define transformative, result-driven solutions that challenge industry norms and uncover what clients truly need. You’ll lead the early development of high-impact, capital-intensive projects; translating complex needs into innovative, technically sound solutions that drive energy efficiency, asset renewal, and cost savings.
