The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing staff and imaging equipment. They promote excellent services for our internal and external customers. Manages all CIS imaging departments staffing (within modality), clinical protocols, and quality assurance (QA).Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall operations, leadership, direction and coordination of employees and activities within the designated area(s) of responsibilityOversees and performs employee-focused management functions related to hiring, on-boarding/orientation, coaching/development, staffing, work assignments, employee relations, and performance management as guided by company policy and proceduresParticipates, collaborates, and actively engages in meetings to achieve goals and mutually beneficial outcomesProactively communicates with staff and keeps them informed on a regular basis or as needed. Conducts regular staff meetings to disseminate important information relevant to their roles or the company.
