Bartender Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate bartending staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Toast POS.
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to support banquet events, nightclubs, and special functions, ensuring seamless execution.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling and excellent customer engagement.
Enforce cash handling procedures, cashiering protocols, and retail math accuracy during shift operations.
Maintain a lively atmosphere by managing night club activities while ensuring guest safety and adherence to alcohol service laws.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with a focus on bar operations; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS for transaction processing and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and supervising staff in fast-paced environments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, catering setups, banquet experience, and brewing processes is preferred.
