All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\n\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDirects the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.\nDrives technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.\nManages scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.\nProactively mitigates risks, identify technical bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.\nServes as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to intelligence customer stakeholders.\nHosts high-level technical exchange meetings (TEMs), participate in program management reviews, and customer briefings.\nAnticipates evolving customer requirements to help spearhead program growth.\nMitigates risks and potential roadblocks to the project.\nInteracts with vendors, other agencies, subcontractors, and other client staff on behalf of the client.\nCoordinates development of deliverables and products.\nEnsures quality assurance of project deliverables.\nMaintains current knowledge of relevant technology.\nParticipates in special projects as required.\nReviews future project requirements and develop strategies for future work.\nQualifications:\n\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\n\nDegree and Years of Experience:\n\n5 years project management experience in a government/IT environment.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\n\nBA/BS ( or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work expereince.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.:\n\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
