If you have extensive experience in installation and control systems, along with a strong network in the manufacturing industry, this role could be perfect for you.Role Overview: The Systems Integration Engineer will oversee the successful installation and integration of PMX’s SaaS-based solutions across manufacturing plants. Your background in PLCs and control systems, combined with hands-on installation experience, will ensure seamless implementations. This role is crucial in helping our clients achieve maximum efficiency and uptime through your technical expertise. If you have an established network within the manufacturing industry, you can earn additional commissions for facilitating new sales.Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation and configuration of PMX SaaS solutions, including PLC integrations (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, and more).- Collaborate with plant managers and technical teams to ensure seamless, on-time installations that meet customer requirements.- Leverage your experience with device-level buses, HMI interfaces, and control systems to identify relevant data, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity issues.- Identify and implement efficiency improvements during installations.- Contribute to creating and deploying customers’ technology roadmap to transform manufacturing operations into a more automated and digitalized future.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the technical liaison for installation projects.Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent.- 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles in a manufacturing environment, such as controls and automation engineering.- Proven experience with PLC systems: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon.- Hands-on experience developing and implementing controls and automation for machinery, including hardware and software (e.g., SCADA, PLC, HMI).- Understanding of current automation and digitalization technologies in manufacturing operations.- Hands-on installation and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing environments.- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies; Lean and Six Sigma certification is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong network within the manufacturing sector (potential commission available for referrals leading to sales).- Proactive and collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.Why PMX Group? - Innovative Environment: Join a company at the forefront of industry transformation.- Growth Opportunities: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing technology.
