Eastside PortlandHybrid Schedule$100,000-120,000We're seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, grant accounting, budgeting, audits, and compliance activities within a complex, multi-fund environment. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.What You'll DoPrepare account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.Manage cash activity, fixed assets, grant accounting, and general ledger maintenance.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.Monitor compliance with funding requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards.Serve as a resource to internal teams by providing financial guidance, training, and systems support.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.Strong experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.Nice to HaveGovernment, public sector, nonprofit, or grant accounting experience.Experience supporting audits, fixed assets, or multi-fund accounting environments.Timing is everything.
