Pay Rate: $22 - $30 Please note: Compensation decisions are made in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and education.\nDuties and Responsibilities Read job orders from IMS system to determine job priorities, specifications, and to plan out workload for the day.\nClean and set up the press machine according to the designated print job.\nCreate a ready batch for each run processed on the press machine.\nObserve machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.\nMaintain records such as daily production records using specified forms and entering the finished process to show in IMS software time and date of completion.\nCommunicate with coworkers and management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed\nReport all workplace hazards to management immediately\nEnsure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards\nMust be available for any required overtime based on business needs\nMust be proactive with completing other duties as assigned\nQualifications At least 4 years of experience in printing and production process.\nUnderstand press machine printing\nUnderstand the imaging layouts and quality of printed jobs\nAbility to read, write, speak & understand English\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members\nAbility to use correct hand/power tools and safe use of the\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities\nAbility to recognize safety issues & corrective actions\nPhysical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50lbs (50% of time)\nAble to stand for 8 hours\nWalking and moving around work-area (50% of time)\nWhat are the perks and benefits of working at Digital Room?
