Our products are used nose to tail on commercial and military aircraft, as well as on jet engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, wind turbines, solar power systems, and construction and industrial equipment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform thread roll operations on Ti screw product using Waterbury, Saspi, and Hartford thread rollers\nPerform in-cell wash, tumble, flat roll operations and run fillet roll machines as required\nConduct 1st Article and in-process inspections, use gages to measure critical thread roll dimensions, input SPC data into computer\nAbility to perform visual inspection under microscope and detect issues resulting from thread rolling process to prevent rejects / PDRs\nAbility to follow the 3-pan system\nPerform Lock/Out Tag/Out (LOTO)\nAssist with training and development of entry level operators\nActive involvement in continuous improvement initiatives\nFollow all EHS Policies and Safety Procedures. Report all incidents immediately\nAbility to set-up and operate Threadroll machines and familiarity with tooling\nAbility to read measuring devices and interpret specifications and work instructions\nUnderstand routers and part drawings\nPerform dimensional inspection using QC gages and compare results to specifications\nCheck parts visually under microscope, sort parts, etc.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift/move 30 lbs.
