Pediatric Nurse Practitioner PNP

Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.We are looking for someone to work 4-5 days a week 9:00am-430pm, lunch is from 12:00pm-1:00pm Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsDevelop and implement patient management policies and proceduresFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient careQualifications:Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields a plusAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesCompany DescriptionNorth Shore Pediatrics has been in business and taking care of generations of families here in Norfolk, Virginia for over forty years.
