You will gain hands-on experience with professional credentialing programs, database management, program administration, and member services while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Support the day-to-day administration of professional credentialing and certificate programs\n* Review applications against established eligibility requirements and process qualified applicants\n* Assist with payment processing, refunds, renewals, reinstatements, and other program transactions\n* Coordinate candidate information and testing-related processes with external vendors\n* Process examination results and ensure candidates receive appropriate communications and notifications\n* Maintain accurate credentialing, certificate, and member records within organizational databases\n* Troubleshoot routine record and database issues and ensure information remains accurate and current\n* Respond to member questions regarding applications, program requirements, renewals, recertification, and other routine program matters\n* Prepare and maintain program materials including guides, FAQs, presentations, letters, forms, applications, and website content\n* Assist with monthly renewal, maintenance, verification, and audit processes\n* Follow established policies and procedures to ensure program requirements and deadlines are consistently met\n* Provide administrative support for committee and working group meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, correspondence, and meeting minutes\n* Assist with processing appeals and communicating final decisions according to established procedures\n* Test new database functionality and assist with maintaining accurate program processes\n* Provide backup support for membership and customer service operations as needed\n* Communicate program updates to internal staff, members, volunteers, and other stakeholders\n* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support effective program operations\n* Perform additional program and administrative duties as assigned\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* Bachelor's degree *or* high school diploma with an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience\n* 2+ years of experience in a professional business environment supporting programs, operations, administration, or customer service\n* Association, nonprofit, membership, credentialing, certification, or professional services experience is a plus\n* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow established policies, procedures, and requirements\n* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities\n* Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills\n* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset\n* Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve routine issues\n* Ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively as part of a team\n* Experience working with databases, CRM systems, membership systems, or other record-management platforms preferred\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\n* Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and program requirements\n\n#NOTGA\n\nPay: $50,241.00 -
