Come be a part of MACOM and help advance the next generation of connectivity infrastructure!Reliability Engineer InternJob Description:Support the performance of product qualification testing of semiconductor circuits:Identify and prepare samples for testsDevelop test fixtures and/or circuit boards for qualification tests as required; may include mechanical assembly and solderingMake DC and RF electrical measurementsExecute qualification and/or reliability testsPerform statistical analysis of measurement resultsSupport failure analysis as requiredReport results, including recommendations for improvementJob Qualifications:Completion of at least two years of a traditional four-year degree program, majoring in EE, Physics, Materials Science, or other technical disciplineBasic understanding of electrical measurementsBasic understanding of electronic principals, including understanding of semiconductor devicesBasic computer programming skills desiredFamiliarity with data analysis software tools, such as Excel, MathCad, Minitab or JMP desiredAbility to work with minimal direct supervisionEEO: MACOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
