Role Description Maiello & Manzi Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Insurance Agent to join our team working from home. You will be responsible for assisting clients with understanding and selecting insurance products tailored to their unique needs. Daily tasks include providing insurance consultations, selling various insurance policies, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Additionally, you will analyze client financial information to recommend appropriate coverage options and offer ongoing support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance BrokerageStrong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and overall Insurance industry standardsBackground in Finance with the ability to analyze and recommend appropriate coverage for clientsExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationshipsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentLicensure in insurance or the ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframeProficiency with insurance software or CRM platforms is a plus
