Office location is Loomis/East Rocklin area Job SummaryFirst point of contact for our customers (dentists and dental offices). Successful candidates will have a friendly communication style to communicate effectively with a variety of diverse customers over the phone and through email.Receive customer orders over the phone and through our website. You are a quick learner with the ability to learn the details of our company products and effectively provide knowledgeable answers to our customers questions. You have a positive and “can-do” attitude and enjoy the teamwork experience of collaboration with others. Critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.Quick and accurate data entry, analyze reports and use mathematical skills.To be successful in this role, you are adaptable to an evolving and dynamic workplace. You have great organizational and time management skills. You are the type of person that takes pride in their work, and you receive a tremendous amount of joy from providing amazing customer care to each one of our customers.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkOperation hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There is an alternating work schedule to accommodate different time zones for customers nationwide and globally. Full time 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, ONSITE. Hours of work may vary to accommodate different time zones.Requirements For This PositionHigh School Diploma or GED. College education preferred. Fluent English language skills required - both written and verbal. Previous work experience in a friendly and customer-centric, customer service environment required. Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook) required. Hospitality, reception and/or administrative experience highly desirable. Phone skills and email etiquette required. Must be highly organized and great at time management. High level of patience, clear communication skills and the ability to use positive language with all types of inquiries from our many and diverse customers. Bilingual skills are an added value but not required.
