Does that sound like you?\n\nThe Opportunity with McKinstry\n\nThe Functional Training Program Manager ensures that training delivery, instructional development and knowledge assets are aligned to provide creative high-caliber job specific training for business operations and project delivery. Additional responsibilities may include:\n\nTraining Program Management\n\nManage various training projects including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and achieving reliable results.\n\nBuild and maintain learning paths for various staff and field positions; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
