Full Charge Bookkeeper
DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and can manage complex accounting tasks for multiple entities. If you excel at maintaining accurate financial records and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage full charge bookkeeping responsibilities, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.- Handle intercompany accounting processes and ensure proper allocation across multiple entities.- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close procedures.- Monitor and analyze financial data to produce reliable reports for management.- Utilize QuickBooks to streamline accounting processes and manage financial information efficiently.- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Requirements - Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, preferably in a multi-entity environment.- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Expertise in bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.- Solid knowledge of intercompany accounting and journal entries.- Ability to meet deadlines and manage month-end close procedures effectively.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Familiarity with accounting standards and best practices.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
