Construction Systems Owner – Equipment / Vendor SkidsDesired Start Date: Late-May/Early-June 2026Anticipated Length of Contract: 12 months+Work Location: Lebanon, IN (fully onsite)Pay Rate: W2: $90–$120/hr | 1099/C2C: $100–$140/hrOverviewField?based owner’s representative responsible for overseeing installation and integration of process equipment and vendor skid packages on a large pharmaceutical construction project. Ensures equipment is installed correctly and ready for mechanical completion and commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the equipment discipline technical authority in the fieldVerify equipment and skid installations align with IFC drawings, vendor docs, and specsCoordinate installation and reassembly of modular skid systemsIdentify and escalate installation constraints and cross?trade interface issuesSupport mechanical completion, walkdowns, and commissioning readinessCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teamsBackground Needed5-10 years supporting process equipment and skid installations on GMP/pharma projectsStrong experience with modular equipment systems and vendor packagesAbility to coordinate across piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controlsBachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred
