This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects safe, organized, on schedule, and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport project planning, scheduling, documentation, and contract administration\n\nManage submittals, RFIs, permits, and project closeout documents\n\nTrack quantities, invoices, project costs, and production progress\n\nCoordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors\n\nConduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards\n\nAssist with change orders, project reporting, and project meetings\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred\n\n2+ years of Project Engineer experience (or 6+ years of relevant construction experience)\n\nHeavy civil construction experience preferred\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 and AutoCAD experience a plus\n\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills\n\nValid driver license required\n\nBenefits\n\nPaid holidays, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, EAP, and voluntary coverage options.\n\nAbout Anchor\n\nSince 1985, Anchor construction Corporation has been building the infrastructure communities rely on every day.
