You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $148,900 – $255,300 annuallyResponsibilities Lead strategic and technical aspects of AI platform delivery across Payment Integrity Inspire and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers Design and deploy AI solutions to tackle complex healthcare challenges Create intelligent, automated workflows and applications that analyze data Ensure operational excellence through automation, testing, and integration practices Integrate enterprise AI tools to optimize engineering workflows Establish ethical AI practices, ensuring transparency and accountability in all projectsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering 3+ years managing, coaching, and developing engineering teams of at least 5 people Experience leading AI/ML projects from ideation to production delivery Technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, proficiency in Python or similar languagesBenefits Flexible remote work environment within the U.S Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase options 401k contributions offeredOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
