Communicates with customers, buyers and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice.Detects, researches and provides resolutions to vendor disputes. Coordinates with e-commerce and accounts payable on returned merchandise.Provides internal and external access to online ordering system.
