Previous Caterpillar experience (contract or otherwise) is a plus (not mandatory)\nTeam player with good organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks\nKnowledge of manufacturing process like – Assembly, Machining, Welding, Weld process, Engineering drawing expertise, GD&T, PFMEA, APQP.\nASQ certification in Six Sigma, Quality (Certified Quality Engineer), SME certification in Lean Manufacturing is an additional plus (not mandatory).\nSoftware Tools / Skill Set – Microsoft Office Software Suite, AIAG APQP guidelines, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Lean Manufacturing.
