Our company handles all technology development, marketing, and sales in-house. **Position Overview** As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our customers' fleet vehicles. You will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other essential maintenance services from our fully equipped mobile vans. If qualified, you may also handle brake installations. This position requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct necessary repairs identified during the inspection process - Perform oil changes and tire rotations - Remove and install tires using equipment from our mobile van - Remove and install brakes (if qualified) - Perform routine equipment inspections - Communicate effectively with management and team members - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers - Assist with other duties as assigned **Requirements** - Must be 21 years or older - Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail - Committed to accuracy and doing the job right - Team player with a strong work ethic and integrity - Punctual and reliable - Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in customer service - ASE Certification - Master ASE Certification - Experience working with fleet vehicles (e.g., rental cars, trucks) **Working Conditions** This role involves exposure to various environmental elements, including hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust, dirt, and exhaust fumes. You must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. **Physical Demands** This position requires the ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. You must be capable of working at a rapid pace for long periods and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
