SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description
GDIT is looking for its next passionate, highly skilled, self-motivated and experienced System Administrator looking to join our BSOC team. BSOC provides operational support to several programs including eMedNY, NYSOH and NC Tracks. You will join a group of high performing technical services resources to work on critical systems with continuous availability and stringent service level agreements.

We are seeking a technically adept Systems Administrator with a strong orientation toward application support, workflow programming, and data-driven operations. This role supports mission-critical LOB applications, manages secure file transfer platforms, and contributes to the design and optimization of custom forms and image indexing workflows. You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless data capture, print distribution, and secure document handling.
Responsibilities:
Administer and support custom and COTS LOB applications including web-based data processing, SAAS and Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms
Design, troubleshoot, and optimize custom forms and workflow logic
Manage image creation, indexing, and data processing pipelines
Support OCR operations, key entry systems, and print distribution workflows
Maintain secure file transfer operations and ensure compliance with IT security protocols
Document application configurations, integration procedures, and operational metrics
Provide responsive technical support across frontend processing and backend systems
Education
Bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years in IT Operations
Required Qualifications:
Windows Server & Desktop, Active Directory, MS Office Suite
Troubleshooting, Documentation, Customer Service
Experience with MOVEit, ImageNet, and workflow programming
Familiarity with OCR systems, form design, and secure transport mechanisms
ServiceNow ticketing and deployment workflows
Backup & Recovery planning and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, AppDev-related)
Experience with secure document handling and MFT platforms
Exposure to systems engineering and IT security best practices
Experience with ImageNet LLC back-office support technology, MOVEit MFT, and related technology.

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
