Experience level: 10 years in financial / operational role with significant Project management experience\n\nCompensation: 130,000k-170,000k\n\nTravel: 70-75% (willing to travel to various project sites)\n\nAbout the Role\nImplementation Engineers is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst with strong project management, problem‑solving and financial modeling skills. Candidates must be seasoned professionals who have successfully identified, led and managed high impact improvement projects both operationally and organizationally. They must have an instinctive ability to quickly understand the strategic direction of clients, the ability to quickly gather data, analyze what is being discovered, and construct the path forward required for client success. You must be able to convey perception, data, and observations into a cohesive narrative which allows clients to understand their current state, know the path to success, and trust it is achievable. Prior experience across multiple industries, including Food, Aerospace, Hi‑Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Chemical, Metal Processing or Automotive, is preferred with solid cross‑functional experience in Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Supply Chain.\n\nThe successful candidate will lead our Implementation Engineering teams to:\n\nGuide our clients through a structured process that deals with resources, decision‑making, resistance identification and resolution, conflict management, skills enhancement, organizational development, metrics and performance results, coaching, mentoring and behavioral change.\n\nProvide a structured picture of the client’s current state versus their desired state from both a cultural basis and performance level. This will include the client’s perspective, historic performance, as well as observations of current state.\n\nCreate, document, and communicate to the client, the methods used and approach to transform to the desired future state.\n\nResponsible for assuring the data and current needs resonate with the client assuring the client moves forward to the project phase and ensure the success of the execution stage.\n\nDevelop detailed improvement implementation plans including timing, impacts and resources.\n\nPerform various operational analysis to support workstream leads during studies on client engagements.\n\nBuild solid relationships with the client leadership to instill trust in Implementation’s ability to deliver results.\n\nContinually seek to understand the client’s business and priorities and to design and/or deliver effective solutions to the client’s business challenges.\n\nHow We Deliver at Implementation Engineers\n\nAct as a Change Agent by supporting clients in adopting and sustaining improvements through clear communication, coaching, and engagement, following Implementation Engineers’ change management best practices.\n\nApply Project Management Best Practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities using IE’s standard delivery processes and tools.\n\nOperate Within IE Governance and Standards , including:\n\nMaintaining an up‑to‑date and actively managed project plan;\n\nFollowing established change management processes;\n\nEnsuring consistent, proactive communication with key stakeholders.\n\nMaintain Program Transparency by keeping project documentation current, organized, and accessible within IE’s Program Collaboration Workspace.\n\nLeverage IE Governance Tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for effective planning, tracking, collaboration and reporting.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree preferably in a Business, STEM (Science, Tech, Math, Engineering) or Finance program\n\nExperienced in Financial Statement Analysis and Interpretation\n\nEstablished and proven consulting experience (minimum 5 years)\n\nExcellent project management skills\n\nExcellent analytical and current state assessment skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nSelf‑motivated with exceptional organizational skills\n\nProficiency in Microsoft office tools including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint at a minimum\n\nExcellent data analysis and advanced proficiency of Excel is required\n\nInfluential Leadership/Selling/Closing skills\n\nWillingness to travel up to 75% as required\n\nLearn more about our team and see recent Case Studies and Project Summaries at www.implementation.com\n\nThis person is critical to ensure that our clients’ expectations are exceeded, and future business is secured.
