Prior Cannabis experience is not required for this position. The position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with State regulations and company procedures. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and the ability to learn about inventory and products.\nQualifications:\n1+ years of retail experience required.\n3+ years of managerial experience required.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAccountability for others.\nBalanced and intuitive decision making.\nPractical and active thinking.\nAbility to lead an organized workplace.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMinimum of 21years of age.\nMust pass any and all required background checks.\nMust be and remain compliant with any and aII legal or company regulations for working in the industry.\nMust be able to lift, carry and balance up to15 pounds. This job function may Include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.\nResponsibilities:\nOverseeing day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.\nAssisting the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.\nEnsuring compliance with state and local regulations, including record-keeping, security, and product tracking.\nTraining and supervising dispensary staff including budtenders and support staff.\nCreating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.\nManaging customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction, including handling complaints and addressing customer concerns.\nEnsuring that the dispensary maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.\nAssisting the General Manager in preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.\nConducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates on company policies and procedures.\nMaintaining knowledge of industry trends and developments, as well as changes to state and local regulations.\nPerforming other duties as assigned by the General Manager.\nMust be able to lift, carry and balance up to15 pounds.
