As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAt least 2 years of experience operating production machinery\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles\nFamiliarity with Six Sigma methodologies\nForklift certification\nResponsibilities:\nOperate and maintain various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine\nEnsure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products\nCollaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets\nFollow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment\nPerform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise\nSkills:\nAs a Machine Operator, you will use your skills in assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, production machinery, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine on a daily basis. You will need to have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be essential to your success in this role.
