Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nEffectively operate equipment within the Packaging department, as directed by supervision\nSubstitute or cover breaks for other employees, as needed\nKeep the area and equipment clean and neat at all times\nPerform other duties, as required by supervision\nPerform changeover activities, as required\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nHigh school diploma\nGED or relevant experience in lieu of degree\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\n\nGood communication skills – written and verbal\nDetail oriented and accurate\nAbility to multi-task\nPersonable, even-tempered, easy to get along with\nFollows directions well\nBe flexible in shift assignments\nOn The Job Training: If employee is presently a member of the packaging department, he/she must have completed the packaging department training program.
