Learn more about our benefits .\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in alignment with CE and Supply Chain processes.\nMaintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness ; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.\nOwn operational KPI tracking and reporting (SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).\nAnalyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures ; track corrective actions to closure.\nSupport workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.\nMaintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation ; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.\nConduct quality checks on IWN documentation, SO compliance, parts handling, and ARK verifications.\nPrepare materials and summaries for customer visits, audits, and operational reviews .\nOwn operational administration: IWN updates, iCapability Plus approvals, SO administration, TES workflows, parts returns, WIP/WDRs/OnDemand billing , and install base accuracy.\nScope & Impact\nDirect impact on service efficiency, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction .\nInterfaces with CE, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Training, and Customers .\nNo direct people management; may lead process improvements and cross‑functional actions.\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience in field service operations, CE support, logistics, or semiconductor equipment environments .\nStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with service management or workflow systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Customer Engineers / Field Service Engineers .\nKnowledge of materials logistics, RMAs, TES, and Service Order workflows .\nFamiliarity with Applied Materials CE processes and BKMs .\nExperience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement .\nCore Competencies\nOperational Execution\nBusiness Acumen\nData‑Driven Problem Solving\nCross‑Functional Collaboration\nCompliance & Quality Discipline\nDesired skills\nExpert ability to build executive presentation materials that are clear, structured, and persuasive.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel capability: strong working knowledge of advanced formulas/functions, data validation, pivot tables/charts, and advanced graphing/charting.\nExcellent communication skills—able to simplify complex topics and deliver clear, decision-oriented messaging for senior leaders.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull time\nEmployee Type:\nAssignee / Regular\nTravel:\nYes, 20% of the Time\nRelocation Eligible:\nNo\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
