Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\r\nRequired Skills / Abilities:\r\n\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\r\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong supervisory and leadership skills.\r\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.\r\nThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\r\nSkill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope and budget, and in the use of computer and applicable software.\r\n\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n\r\nMinimum- High School Diploma or equivalent, and completion of two-year Business or Technical Degree.\r\nPreferred- Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.\r\nAt least three years of related experience required.\r\nPMP, PgMP, CAPM, and / or comparable project management certificates.\r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\n\r\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\r\nMeet fitness and strength test requirements.\r\nBe able to see well including close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.\r\n\r\nWork Environment\r\n\r\nLong hours are common, and some may have to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines or solve unexpected problems.
