Senior Accountant (Broomfield)

Senior AccountantCarter Mackenzie is partnering with Broomfield based tech company that is growing smartly. They are an industry leader in their space and have grown organically for over 10 years. This person will join a collaborative team and report directly to the Controller who is one of those unique leaders who understands how to bring her people together to meet the financial and operational goals of the company.What you will be doing:Assist with all aspects of the month-end close process.Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statementsCompleting account reconciliations and providing variance analysisCollaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.Help mentor junior team members.What you need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CPA eligible3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong Accounting background and a thorough understanding of US GAAPProficient with ERP systems (NetSuite or Sage)Comfortable working in the officeSalary: $100-125K + bonusLocal candidates onlyNo C2C or 3rd parties
