Specifically, this role will provide weekend support (Saturday and Sundays) to collaborate with staff and players to ensure that everyone has a positive experience.RESPONSIBILITIESSPORT PRODUCT & PERFORMANCEAssure quality, control, and strength of adult programs through site visits and serve as a site lead for programsSpearhead league audit & evaluationTrack the needs of each site including improvementsSPORTS LEAGUE OPERATIONSProvide on-field supportHandle player communication - sending all emails for assigned leaguesMaintain equipment including ordering replacements, noting damages, and reporting to the market's equipment leadMaintain fields as needed based on weather, location, etcSet up & take down fields and gather up equipmentCUSTOMER SERVICEAct a first line of communication for players of assigned sportResolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiencyAnticipate and provide proactive solutions to prevent problems from arising in the futureAct as an escalation point for player, parent, partner, and volunteersCall & text sport captains during league registration timeTALENT DEVELOPMENTSupport training in your market for assigned sport(s) to the part-time hosts as well as all internal refereesRecruit, mentor, and ensure quality staff and product - includes reviewing sport-specific league audits
