{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c6f36daeffebb66ebd5bb248","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c6f36daeffebb66ebd5bb248","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c6f36daeffebb66ebd5bb248","title":"285 Vault Supervisor","description":"JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall vault operations on assigned shift.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n\nHas the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions.\n\nSupervise all vault personnel on assigned shifts.\n\nUnderstands and enforces all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the department.\n\nKeeps Manager informed of shift activity by maintaining operational and employee records.\n\nProvides recommendations regarding personnel issues to the Manager.\n\nMaintains control of the vault bankroll and other operational records.\n\nAssigns banks and other job duties to staff on assigned shift.\n\nMaintains control of personnel entering and exiting the vault secured areas.\n\nPerforms vault cashier and main banker duties as needed.\n\nDetermines staffing needs and finds replacements for call‑ins or no‑shows to ensure all shifts are appropriately covered.\n\nReviews all vault paperwork on assigned shift.\n\nAdheres strictly to all Gaming Regulations.\n\nPerforms daily drop of all kiosks.\n\nMaintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.\n\nAttends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.\n\nMaintains confidentiality at all times.\n\nIs sensitive to Native American Culture.\n\nOperates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.\n\nSecures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\n\nPrevious Vault Cashier and Main Banker experience is a must.\n\nExcellent time management, organizational, public relations and communication skills.\n\nMust be knowledgeable in 10 key calculator, computer and coin/currency machine operation.\n\nAbility to work flexible hours, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.\n\nMust meet State Compact licensing requirements, pass criminal background check, and submit to random drug testing.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nPhysically capable of remaining on feet for long periods of time.\n\nSubject to internal working conditions, including a smoking environment.\n\nEDUCATION AND SKILLS\nEducation Required: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).\n\nEducation Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (four‑year college or university).\n\nExperience: At least one year as a Vault Cashier and Vault Main Banker.\n\nComputer Skills: Must have strong computer skills.\n\nCERTIFICATES & LICENSES\n\nMust meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass criminal background check and submit to drug testing.\n\nGrade 9\n\nShift: Various Shifts\n\nKey Status: Key Position\n\nHiring Manager: Brad Feldt\n\nSalary: $37,440 -
