{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c6f2e4e165ea7de2cff247c5","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c6f2e4e165ea7de2cff247c5","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c6f2e4e165ea7de2cff247c5","title":"EV Program Support Specialist","description":"About the Team/Role\nDo you have a passion for sustainability and a knack for solving problems?\nWEX is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused EV Program Support Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in the success of our electric vehicle charging program.\nHow you'll make an impact\nOnboard new customers/enable existing customers with our suite of EV products to ensure a smooth transition in their electrification journey.\nMaintain strong communication with Account Management, Legal, Product, and Sales providing necessary customer information when required.\nAssist Product with the documentation and training of WEX Account Management, Customer Service, and Implementation representatives on EV initiatives.\nPackage the training/documentation materials for hand off to the departments where specific duties and responsibilities will live once a process is BAU.\nTroubleshoot issues related to WEX and its integrated CPOs/partners for both customers and internal teams.\nIdentify optimization opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue from these channels.\nLook for areas that could potentially benefit from the use of AI to streamline day to day operations and save time.\nManage ancillary revenue streams:\nTrack and analyze data related to RFID tags, Private Site/Depot installations, and At-Home Installation referrals.\nEnsure proper handling of EV entitlements, program eligibility and subscription billing.\nProvide exceptional customer support.\nManage EV-related data and reporting:\nGenerate accurate and insightful internal reports on EV program performance.\nMonitor various EV support channels to identify and address customer concerns proactively.\nExperience you’ll bring\nMust be local and willing to travel to our Portland, ME HQ minimum 3 days a week.\n5+ years of fleet industry-related experience\n5+ years of account management experience working with enterprise-level accounts\nBachelor's degree preferred\nHave a strong understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies and infrastructure.\nPossess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.\nTechnical and Financial system documentation skills are a must.\nThrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nHave exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.\nAre detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy.\nAre proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.\nHave experience with WEX and CPO systems.\nHave a background in customer service or technical support.\nAre passionate about sustainability and environmental initiatives.\nAbility to work cross-functionally across a large matrixed organization\nThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
