Visa sponsorship is not available)Work Location: Hybrid position in Raleigh, NC - 2 days per week in office.Job OverviewThe Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Management plays a central role in driving Microsoft 365–centric projects that modernize the digital workplace at global scale.This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with strong project leadership, supporting enterprise initiatives such as Microsoft 365 platform modernization, Copilot adoption, Zero Trust security, and cloud-first transformation.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Platform & Project Leadership (Primary Focus)Lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Drive global Microsoft 365 projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant outcomes. Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery across regions. Lead optimization initiatives across the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite to improve performance, reliability, and user adoption at enterprise scale. Support the integration of third-party applications and automation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Copilot & Digital Workplace InnovationContribute to Copilot readiness and adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and identity governance requirements. Partner with security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams to enable AI-assisted productivity within the Microsoft 365 platform. Support continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities through automation, standardization, and governance. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & Power PlatformLead and support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online services as core collaboration platforms. Enable and govern Power Platform integrations and solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Develop technical documentation, standards, governance models, and best practices for collaboration and low-code platforms. Security, Identity & ComplianceImplement and maintain security and compliance configurations, including identity governance, data protection, and Zero Trust principles. Collaborate closely with security and endpoint teams on integrated identity and access solutions. Operations, Support & Team LeadershipProvide Tier 3 engineering support for complex Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud-related incidents. Lead and motivate small, distributed project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence. Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment with business and IT objectives. You thrive in a global environment and enjoy combining platform ownership, project execution, and digital workplace innovation, including Copilot and automation capabilities.Required Skills & Experience5-8 years of experienceStrong experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, cloud security, and enterprise IT infrastructure Proven ability to lead and deliver global Microsoft 365–focused projects Solid background in operational support, platform optimization, security, and compliance controls Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) Entra ID / identity and endpoint integration Zero Trust concepts and cloud security best practices Exposure to Copilot, automation, or AI-enabled productivity within Microsoft 365 Incident management and structured problem-solving Documentation, standards, and governance development Strong project management skills (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall)Job Requisition # 40206,A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour.
