Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.\nManufacturing Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the production process, including resolving design-related issues, reviewing manufacturing processes, and optimizing designs for cost-effective production.\nResearch and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in defense and aerospace technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods.\nExplore and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.\nProject Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of\nmechanical engineering tasks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nPrevious experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.\nKnowledge of defense and aerospace regulations, standards, and systems is highly desirable.\nProficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) and other engineering analysis tools.
