The opportunity is suited to someone who thrives within a busy, stimulating and fast-paced team environment, and has a strong interest in working on complex insurance coverage litigation matters.\nAnalyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.\nConduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.\nPrepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.\nMeet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.\nAttend depositions, hearings, and mediations.\nTake a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.\nPossesses excellent academic credentials.\nIs admitted to practice in California. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
