This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading industry player and drive significant growth in the region.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and enhancing customer relationships within the Phoenix territory. You will play a critical role in business development, strategic sales, and territory management, while focusing on delivering innovative sealing solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities of Strategic Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share in the region.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory, particularly within the Elastomer & Thermoplastic O-ring sectors.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates, tracking progress against targets.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.Product Expertise: Act as the product expert for all sealing solutions, including O-rings, rotary seals, hydraulic seals, and other custom sealing products.Customer Visits: Conduct regular site visits to customers, providing ongoing support, product recommendations, and technical expertise.Required Skills & Qualifications of Strategic Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager:Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a sales management or business development role, preferably within the sealing solutions, manufacturing, or engineering industries.Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Elastomer & Thermoplastic O-rings, sealing systems, and related products.Sales Expertise: Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies and growing territories.Customer-Focused: Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving business growth.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions to complex customer needs.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory.
