Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.\r\nPosition Summary\r\nThe Project Cost Controller is responsible for verifying costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nDevelops and implements cost control procedures, documents, and tools to support and enhance project budget management.\r\nCollects and coordinates procurement and other cost information used to develop cost forecasting, cost control strategies, and project risk analysis.\r\nPerforms data and schedule analysis to identify project trends and budget deviations to illustrate cost underruns and overruns.\r\nWorks on advanced, complex technical projects.\r\nRemain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs.\r\nCollaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste.\r\nDevelop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures to deliver projects on time and on budget.\r\nPresent new strategies and assessments to the executive team.\r\nAdhere to all company safety/OSHA rules and regulations.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields. Management experience is strongly preferred.
