Guided by our Values and Leadership Agreements, we foster an open culture.Team OverviewYou will join a Machine Learning Science team supporting Agentic travel AI products using conversational agents that help travelers shop, compare, plan, and get help.General ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to evaluate the quality of AI agent responses against defined guidelines and quality metrics, and to turn what you find into insights the team can act on.Ideal Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)Experience with data annotation, labeling, or classification against defined guidelines.Experience performing quality checks or evaluations based on guidelines and metrics.Comfortable working with large, complex, and sometimes ambiguous datasets.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and quality issuesStrong attention to detail and clear written communicationDemonstrated interest in data analysis and AI-driven workNice-to-HavesExposure to LLMs, conversational agents, or AI product evaluation (LLM-as-a-judge).Spreadsheets or basic SQL used to slice labeled data (error rates, disagreement, sample review).Comfort working in a documentation-and-ticket culture (guidelines, findings, and work tracking kept current).Travel, customer experience, policy, or content-quality background.Technical Skills (in order of importance)Data annotation and classificationQuality assurance and evaluation against guidelines and metricsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcel or Google Sheets; basic SQL a plusWork AuthorizationMust be authorized to work in United States and hold a valid passportAt IBS you can look forward to:Operating with the brightest minds in the hotel software industryReceiving global exposureBenefiting from continuous learning programsPerformance-based career growthCompetitive compensation that includes fixed compensation, and variable compensation based on achieving set sales goals, company paid employee benefits, vacation, sick and personal leave, company matched 401kIBS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
