Non-exempt staff receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, in accordance with applicable laws. Final compensation is based on individual skills, education, and experience. Full-time team members may choose from various benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of bereavement leave, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Additional offerings include life and disability insurance, commuter assistance, dependent care flexible spending accounts, and various supplemental insurance options like accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity. We also provide reimbursement for work-related travel and potential performance-based bonuses.
