This role offers the opportunity to lead technical teams, manage complex building systems, and directly contribute to JLL's reputation as a leader in commercial real estate services.What your day to day will look like:Provide joint supervision of engineering department staff and manage delegation of preventative maintenance programs, equipment installation, repair, and maintenancePerform comprehensive equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance adherence to AES standardsMaintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on all building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, and emergency backup systems.
