This position is located at the Columbus Operating Center in Columbus, Ohio.\nQualifications Working knowledge of engineering principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures.\nWorking knowledge of can/end materials and manufacturing processes, container filling, processing, and packaging practices.\nUnderstanding of container expectation/performance.\nAbility to operate and use a computer (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations and basic statistics.\nMust handle sensitive related proprietary information confidentially.\nBroad understanding of experimentation, scientific method, variables, and data support.\nStrong written communication (e‑mail, reports) and oral communication skills for leading meetings, technical discussions, and persuasive communication to a broad audience.\nBroad training in a related field usually acquired through a college degree or equivalent work experience.\nDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical degree.\nCompensation The annual base salary range for this position is below. A higher base salary may be available depending on experience and qualifications. Engineer I: $73,280 - $82,440. Engineer II: $88,000 - $99,000. Engineer III: $107,440 - $120,870, plus a 7.5% annual target bonus of the base salary.
