This role explicitly owns the creation of Paperclip Workflow Specification Documents, not just general process documentation. This role supports the company s transition to an AI-agentic operating model, where operational workflows are decomposed, documented, redesigned, and progressively automated through AI agents, with humans focused on oversight, escalation, and business judgment. JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for extracting the source code of the business turning human-executed operational work into machine-readable process knowledge that AI agents can act on. The intern will partner with operational teams to decompose workflows into triggers, inputs, decisions, actions, and escalation rules, producing structured documentation that serves as the foundation for agent development and operational automation across the organization.
