Through hands-on training and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop valuable skills in customer relations, business communications, and account support while working in a collaborative, people-focused environment.\nResponsibilities of a Customer Representative\nMeet with business clients to understand their communication needs and provide personalized service\nEducate customers on AT&T Business products, wireless solutions, and connectivity services\nAnswer questions regarding available plans, features, pricing, and service options\nGuide clients through account setup, service updates, and enrollment processes\nBuild lasting relationships by delivering professional, responsive, and customer-focused support\nMaintain accurate customer records and document client interactions\nCollaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial consultation through account activation\nStay informed on AT&T Business products and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information\nRepresent Thrive Point Inc. and AT&T Business with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction\nQualifications of a Customer Representative\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nPassion for helping customers and creating positive client experiences\nInterest in customer service, account management, business relations, or client support\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\nAbility to problem-solve and remain professional in a fast-paced environment\nTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn\nPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required\nAt Thrive Point Inc., we believe exceptional customer service is the foundation of lasting business relationships.
