Commercial Contracts Attorney

We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney to support a healthcare organization in Long Beach, California through a Contract position. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney with strong commercial law experience who can provide practical legal guidance across day-to-day business matters and contract activity. The role calls for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing a substantial volume of agreements, and effective in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:• Draft, revise, and maintain commercial agreement templates to support consistent and efficient contracting practices.• Provide legal support for contract-related transactions by guiding agreements through established business workflows.• Review, prepare, and negotiate manufacturing supply contracts while identifying legal and business risks.• Handle recurring influencer and social media agreements each week, ensuring terms align with business objectives and compliance expectations.• Manage a high volume of contract reviews, including oversight of dozens of agreements each quarter with careful attention to accuracy and deadlines.• Partner with internal stakeholders across business functions to address legal questions and move contract matters forward efficiently.• Evaluate agreement terms and recommend practical revisions that protect organizational interests while supporting operational needs.• Contribute to the refinement of contract review procedures to improve quality, consistency, and turnaround time.• At least 4 years of experience in corporate counsel, commercial contracting, or a closely related legal role.• Licensed attorney in good standing; active California Bar admission is preferred.• Demonstrated knowledge of business and commercial law, including negotiation and interpretation of commercial agreements.• Hands-on experience handling transactional legal work and supporting contract workflow processes.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven setting.• Careful attention to detail and the ability to review complex documents with accuracy.• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with legal and business partners.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
