Job Description Maintenance SupervisorTuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful property in Venice Beach, Florida. Join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the property, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping.- Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.- Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with management to plan and execute property improvements and renovations.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment as needed.At Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
