The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilitiesEssential Duties And Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools Drive the company vehicle to retrieve parts and supplies as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs and repairs Any other duties as assigned by managementThe base pay range for this role is estimated to be $23.00 - $24.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.RequirementsMinimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to operate and maintain equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 poundsIf you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for building and grounds maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
