Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Crew Leader position specializing in epoxy coatings at Renew Concrete Coatings, located in Mahwah, NJ. The Crew Leader will oversee daily operations on job sites, including preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring timely project completion. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Crew Leader will also manage equipment, materials, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide a team effectivelyExperience with surface preparation, epoxy coating application, and use of professional-grade toolsKnowledge of safety procedures and ability to enforce safety standards on-siteEffective communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent customer serviceTime management and organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are met efficientlyPhysical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and operating heavy equipmentPrevious experience in construction or coatings industry preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
