Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and sustaining thorough event documentation, including essential policies, procedures, and operational manuals. Your contributions will ensure seamless event planning and communication, directly impacting our client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, revise, and manage all internal and client-specific documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational standards.Collaborate with internal teams to create uniform client-facing materials and operational documents, emphasizing consistency and accuracy.Customize documentation to address the unique requirements of each client's event, delivering clear instructions and timelines.Assist in creating onboarding resources and event planning guides tailored for new clients.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the planning process to facilitate effective communication.Organize planning calls and manage schedules, ensuring that all crucial discussions and deadlines are documented and monitored.Generate and distribute comprehensive event timelines to both clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure timely and precise entry of event-related data and client information into the organizational database.Regularly review and update the database to maintain accurate tracking of event details and client interactions.Required SkillsExceptional organizational and proactive skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects/events effectively.Outstanding communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.Proficiency in documentation and design software, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, alongside familiarity with project management tools.Experience with event technology platforms and/or event production is advantageous.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in event operations, client services, or project management.A Bachelor's degree in Event/Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.Career Growth OpportunitiesJoining our team means embracing a culture of professional development where you will have access to a diverse portfolio of clients and projects.
