HYDAC’s passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized any demand our customers require.\nKey Behavioral Competencies:\nTeamwork: Collaborate with customers, design engineers and production personnel to ensure delivered quality of hydraulic components and systems meet or exceed requirements.\nCritical Thinking: Analyze quality information and submit data driven solutions to improve quality metrics.\nCommunication: Present findings and conclusions to suppliers, customers and HYDAC senior leadership team with a clear, concise, persuasive approach.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive 8D problem solving methods for continuous process improvement and reduction of customer defects including both 0-hr PPM and field warranty claims.\nSupport cross-functional teams to implement robust corrective actions and quality system improvements.\nSupport development of robust manufacturing processes utilizing the APQP toolset including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.\nWork with purchasing and suppliers to resolve incoming material non-conformances and to ensure proper countermeasures are implemented to prevent re-occurrence.\nWork with project teams to collect customer requirements for PPAP packages for major OEMs and achieve on-time submission deadlines.
